Location of the layout:
The project location is in between Sarjapur and Whitefield ITPL facing national highway 207 in close proximity to the 220 feet ring road connecting Sarjapur and ITPL Whitefield in the midst of Electronics city, international airport and proposed special Economic zone.

Land developers:
The proposed layout will be executed by, Green land Inc corporation (registered firm) represented by its developers and contractors, having vast experience this field.

Amenities to this layout:
The proposed layout will be approved by BMRDA with a minimum 30ft. cross road, 60ft main road, Box drain, chip carpeting, sanitary and water line, electricity and planting of trees, providing proper sufficient capacity water tank, septic tank and CA with necessary approval from the competent authority individual connection will provided to each site for sanitary and water to avoid road cutting. The electrification will be provided at the proposed layout as per BESCOM specification.

Dimension:
The proposed layout will have 30x40ft, and 40x60ft dimension sites.

RATE:

In spite of steep rise in land prices, revised procurement and approval procedures, we are trying to provide the site atRs. 500/- per sq. ft. Registration charges will be extra as per actual.
